What TAROS is

TAROS, the Trusted Autonomous Runtime Oversight System, monitors every autonomous system you connect while it runs.

Autonomous machines and AI/SI (Artificial Intelligence or Super Intelligence) agents report their events to TAROS. Each event is checked against signed, versioned policies, and TAROS returns allow, hold, or block, with the reason. Every decision is recorded, so you always know what your systems did and why.

Why autonomous systems need runtime monitoring

Autonomous systems act at machine speed. Pre-deployment testing can’t show what they do in production. Continuous runtime monitoring can.

TAROS sits above your certified safety function and your autonomy stack. It monitors what your systems do, applies policies that no single person can change, and keeps a tamper-evident record of every decision—so oversight is continuous, not an afterthought.

What enterprises gain with TAROS

Organizations adopting TAROS gain a clearer path to responsible AI/SI at scale.

  • Continuous visibility — Know what your autonomous systems are doing, as they do it.
  • Stronger safety controls — Structured oversight and guardrails around AI/SI-driven systems.
  • Clearer governance and oversight — Policy alignment and visibility into how AI/SI behaves and makes decisions.
  • Reduced operational and regulatory risk — A foundation that supports compliance and audit readiness.
  • Confidence in deployment — Deploy AI/SI systems knowing that appropriate safeguards and governance structures are in place.
  • Trustworthy AI/SI operations — A platform built for safety, not just capability.
  • Readiness for responsible AI/SI at scale — From pilot to production with consistency and control.

Key pillars

The capabilities that define runtime oversight for autonomous systems.

Monitoring

Watch every event from your autonomous systems as it happens, and evaluate it at runtime.

Policy & control

Signed, versioned policies decide what is allowed, held, or blocked—and no single person can change them alone.

Evidence & audit

Every decision is recorded with its explanation, ready for review and audit.

Human authority

Human oversight that is explicit, bounded, and enforceable—with independent approval for every policy change.
